The editability of details of all services is governed by the status of the service:

  • Service Status= Preparation and

    • Invoiced Amount Excl.VAT a Theoretically Invoiced=0

      • Service detail is editable.

    • Invoiced Amount Excl.VAT<>0 or Theoretically Invoiced<>0

      • non-editable (i.e. if the contract is recalculated).

  • Service Status=Active

    • not always editable.

  • Service Status=Terminated

    • not always editable 

  • Service Status=Change Copy

    • not always editable

  • Service Status=Canceled

    • not always editable

Editability is handled through details and applies to all services:
