The purpose of this document is to document the user workflow related to the financial settlement of a contract.
A financial settlement can be characterized as the final settlement of mutual liabilities and receivables that have arisen as a result of the early or proper termination of a financing contract.
It should be noted that there is a basic functionality of financial settlements in the OC standard, but it is always necessary to adjust it to the needs of a specific leasing company – each leasing company uses different calculations, a different calculation of this settlement, etc.
The functionality that is part of the OC standard enables:
Create a Financial Settlement
Approval
Posting
Cancellation of the financial settlement.
In certain specific cases (multi-subject contracts), it is also possible to create a partial settlement, where the settlement concerns only one subject of the contract.
