The purpose of this document is to describe the functionality of changes to the contract for the user.
The principle and procedure of making changes to the contract depends on the settings on the detailed status of the contract. In general, changes to the contract (calculation) can be made in two ways:
by direct editing of the field without creating a so-called change copy or variant (usually before activating the contract) or
on the change copy or variant (after contract activation).
The method of execution depends on the parameter of the detailed contract status - the parameter Change without Change List Y/N will be set on the detailed status, which will determine whether it is possible to change the contract without creating a change list and change copy or the so-called calculation variant.
If the change is made using a change copy or variant, it is then determined according to the settings on the Contract Change Type whether the change needs to be made using the wizard or without. The wizard can be used to make e.g. the following changes:
Contract Activation
Changing the Handover Date
Contract Status Change (Detailed Status)
Change of contract conditions (mileage, residual value, change of contract length) – only for contracts with services
Contract Transfer
Technical Evaluation
Change in Late Interest Rate
Atd
In order for changes to the contract to work properly, it is necessary to set several settings – see Nastavení Business
Changes to the customer's master agreement (only for operating leasing and fleet management) are not subject to the change copy regime and, apart from a change in the penalty rate, the changes will not be automatically transferred to the partial contracts or their calculation variants.
