The purpose of this document is to describe for the user the catalogue of items and code lists needed to create catalogue cards.
Catalogue cards contain a predefined identification of the item, as well as technical data, equipment and the list price of the item.
A catalogue of items can be compared to price lists or a catalogue of suppliers of items, from which it is possible to e.g. Order a specific object (e.g. a vehicle) and then create a financing contract for this item.
A catalogue card is always mandatory for the creation of a financing contract. When a financing contract is created, the object card is created from the selected catalogue card, whereby all predefined data are transferred from the catalogue card to the object card.
