Make

The Make code list is used to register makes (brands) for the category of the subject “Vehicles” . It is not used for the Machine – Equipment and Real Estate categories.

These settings are available via the search: Makes

A new record can be entered via the "New" button on the Action Pane.

Field:

• Code

  • to be entered manually by the user

• Description

  • to be entered manually by the user

• Active Y/N

  • selects by the user, or the tag should be prompted to select

• Imported

  • fills in BC automatically in case of data import

• Date of issue

  • Fills in BC automatically in case of creating a new record

Through the option Related – Model lines, the user can switch to the Model Lines code list and via Other -->Discounts to the list of default brand discounts.
