Attachments.

With the help of contract attachments, the user can attach any file (document) to the contract (as well as to other entities: customer framework agreement, object, insurance contract, etc.). Attachments are available e.g. via the menu from the Related/Attachments tab of the contract:

After pressing the button, the list of attachments to the contract opens.

The user via the Select File... selects the document to attach to the contract. After confirmation, the attachment is created and saved according to Marketing Settings (to the internal db OC or on the way).

Field:

  • Attachment

    • File Name

  • File Extension

    • File attachment extension (type)

  • File Type

    • File attachment extension (type)

  • Attachment Type

    • The user selects a more detailed specification of which document is IDE, from the options:

      • Object Quotation, Additional Quotation equipment, Draft contract, Framework. Sml. Customer, Financial Statements, Guarantee, Bank Guarantee, Power of Attorney, Leasing. Contracts, Object Order, Order add. Equipment, Handover Protocol, Other

  • User

    • ID of the user who created the attachment

  • Connection Date

    • The date and time when the attachment was created.

To open a file, you can:

  • Click the name in the Attachment box

  • Use the Preview button
