Workflows can be categorized, especially for better clarity. By default, BC contains several categories.

Workflows can be viewed, created, or edited via Workflow Overview (Workflows).

Symptom Enabled Indicates whether the workflow is running.

WF creation can be created in several ways – via the option:

  • New

    • Opens a blank workflow definition tab

  • New Workflow from Template

    • BC in the standard contains several ready-made WF templates that are categorized, but none of them can be applied for the needs of bid approval yet. Templates can be viewed via Related/View Templates …

  • Copy Workflow

    • It copies an existing workflow, which can then be further modified.

It is also possible to import and export the workflow via a file – button Process > Import from File / Export to File.
