Early Termination Reasons

It is possible to define the reason for early termination on the detailed contract statuses. Then, when the detailed contract status is changed by the wizard, this reason code is rewritten into the financing contract, the Early Termination Reason field.

Another use is on Financial Settlement Types. If this code is selected on the Financial Settlement type, the system will then overwrite the value on the Financial Settlement card.

No additional setup is required to complete.

The settings include the following options:

• Code

  • Applicable Termination Reason Code

• Description

  • A text description of the reason for termination.
