Detail Object Statuses

The Detailed Object Status code list records the types of detailed item statuses and their settings, especially in relation to multiple subject contracts.

In the case of a single subject contract, the detailed status of the subject on the subject is controlled by a link to the detailed contract status and is non-editable. In the case of multiple subject contracts, the detailed status of the item on the item card is editable.

There is no need to set additional dials to complete the setup.

The availability of the code list is via the magnifying glass, Manual Setup or Configuration Book, called Detail Contract Statuses. After confirming the selection, the Detail Object Statuses list opens.

Field:

• Code

  • The user enters a max 10 local code for the given detailed status

• Early terminated

  • Sets the user to Y if this is a detailed status for early termination

• Financially Settled

  • Sets the user to Y if it is a detailed status after financial settlement of the object

• Archived

  • Sets the user to Y if it is a detailed status after archiving the object

• Description

  • Sets a description of the item's detailed status

• Active

  • Sets the user to N if they don't want to enable manual det setting. Status on Object Multiple Object Contracts
