Contract Service And Detail Status Relation

The session settings are used to automatically terminate services based on a change in the status of the financing contract.

The Contract Status Change Wizard for terminating services and setting fuel card blocking goes through the Detailed Status and Services Relation table.

To complete the setup, it is necessary to set up other code lists: detailed contract statuses, financing products and, if necessary, termination codes in case of blocking.

The code list is available via the magnifying glass, the Setup Manual or the Configuration Book. After confirming the selection, an overview of the set rows will open:

Field:

• Service Kind

  • The user selects from the list of options Servicing, Tire service, Replacement vehicle, Insurance event, Road tax, Highway vignette, Fee/Service, Fuel card

• Service Type Code

  • The user can select from the list of Service Types (filtered by the type of service in the previous field)

  • If this field is empty, the setting applies to any service type of that service type

• Tire Service

  • The field is editable only in the case of the "Tire service" service type. For other service types, this field is blank

  • If the Service Type is filled in for the tire service type, the system will fill in this field automatically according to the type of service

• Service Code

  • The user can set the appropriate price list (filtered by service type from the previous field)

  • Price lists can be set for Replacement Vehicle, Highway Sticker, Fee/Service or Fuel Card

• Detailed Contract Status

  • The user selects from the Detailed Contract Statuses code list

• Terminate Service

  • According to filling in the previous fields, the user sets which service should be terminated by the system when changing to the specified detailed status. Contract Status Change Wizard – New Detailed Status

• Fuel Card Exclusion Reason

  • The user sets up Fuel Cards for the service.
