Contract Change Queue Batch

Possibility to define so-called contract change sheets, which will be used by the system (user) for reports Contracts with Exceeded Odage, List of Customer Contracts, Contracts for Recalculation (see PD for description Contract Changes).

Within the bulk tasks listed above, the user selects the name of the contract change sheet on which the system should include the found contracts within the report.

When opened, e.g. via the Configuration Worksheet, the Change Queue List overview opens.

  • The user enters the code of the given contract change sheet

• Description

  • The user enters a description for the contract change sheet.
