Contract Change Reasons

In Change Reasons, it is possible to define codes and descriptions of reasons for contract changes. The value is then selected in the wizard for creating a change copy/variant and written into the Contract Change History.

No additional setup is required to complete.

The settings include the following options:

• Code

  • Relevant Change Reason Code

• Description

  • A textual description of the reason for the change.
