Contract Change Types

In Change Types it is possible to define which types of changes will be possible for each type of financing, or in this table the numbers of wizard objects are also set, if the change is made using the wizard.

No additional setup is required to complete.

The settings include the following options:

• Change Code

  • Relevant Change Code

• Change Description

  • Text description of the change

• Object ID wizard

  • The number of the wizard object that is used to make the change. If empty, the change is done manually on the contract

• Allowed for Calc. Variant)

  • If A, the change can be made on the calculation variant (contract) even if the obligation to make the change on the change copy is enabled in the detailed contract status

At the same time, other filters for the type of financing must apply as follows:

• Financing Leasing

  • If A, the change can be made for a contract with Financing Type = Financial Lease

• Loan

  • If A, the change can be made on a contract with Financing Type = Loan

• Instalment Sale

  • If A, the change can be made for a contract with Financing Type = Instalment Sale

• For Operative Leasing and Fleet Management

  • It is possible to select only Change Type with A for the given financing type, and the following must also apply:

  • Financing with services:

    • All – the change is possible for contracts with or without services

    • If the contract flag Financing with Services = A, only changes that have the Yes flag are possible

    • If the contract flag Financing with Services = N, only changes that have the No flag are possible.
