Workflow User Group

In this table, you can set up Workflow User Groups. Each group will then represent a different level of approval.
Only the user who is set in the table can be assigned to the approver group Approval User Setup.
The table can be searched through the magnifying glass.
A new record can be created via the option New. The system displays a tab where you can enter a name and description for the group and assign users.
Ordinal number (Sequence No.) specifies the order in which the request should be approved In the SEY conditions, it is necessary to set for each approver Ordinal number = 1.
If sequence number = 1 is set for all users, the approval request is delivered to all approvers at once. Any of the users can approve it. After a request is approved by one user, all requests for approval are closed.
