Compose Service

The code list of composite services is used to define the types of services that belong to each other. Services that are assigned to a composite service are all finalized at the same time when selecting the composed service in the products or calculation.

A typical example can be tire services – packages according to the scope of services.

We recommend that you consider using it – it is possible to add, delete, or even stop the entire package.

Field:

General tab:

• Code

  • The user manually enters the unique code of the composed service (e.g. ZPNEUS)

• Name (Description)

  • The user manually enters the description/name of the composed service (e.g. Basic tire service)

• Service Kind

  • The user selects the Service Type from Tire Service, Fee (e.g. Tire Service)

  • The value of a field can only be changed if there are no rows for the composite service

• Valid From

  • User manually fills in Valid From (e.g. 1.1.2016)

• Valid To

  • The user manually fills in the Valid until, in case of termination of the validity of the composed service

Lines tab:

• Service Kind

  • The system will automatically fill in the value of the field of the same name from the General tab

  • Non-editable field

• Service Type Code

  • The user selects the Service Type Code from the Service Types code list filtered to Service Kind

• Tire Service

  • The system will be completed automatically after selecting the Service Type Code

• Description

  • The system will be completed automatically after selecting the Service Type Code

The system does not allow the user to select two rows with the same value of the Service Type Code field.
