The Maintenance Service is defined in relation to the selected technical data from the catalogue card. When creating the service service in the calculation, it is then filtered to the technical data from the subject.

Maintenance Pricelist

Field:

  • Code

    • The user manually enters the unique service rate code

  • Service Type Code

    • The user selects the Maintenance Service Type Code from the Service Types code list

  • Maintenance Rate Calculation Type

    • The user manually fills in whether the rate is given for the Operating Unit or the Interval

  • Object Category

    • Manually selected by the user (e.g. Vehicle Technology)

  • Commodity Code

    • The commodity code is manually selected by the user (e.g. LDT) if the rate is linked to the commodity

  • Group

    • The group code is manually selected by the user (e.g. OSOB_VOZ) if the rate is linked to a group

  • Subgroup

    • Subgroup Code To be selected manually by the user (e.g. BMW) if the rate is linked to a subgroup

  • Species (Type)

    • type code, the user selects manually (only for Machines) if the rate is linked to the type

  • Make

    • The brand code is manually selected by the user from the Brands table (e.g. BMW), if the rate is linked to a brand

  • Model Line Code

    • The model line code is manually selected by the user from the Model Line table, if the rate is linked to a model line

  • Model (Model)

    • The model code is manually selected by the user from the Models table (e.g. M6CABRIOL) if the rate is linked to the model

  • Engine Power (kW)

    • can be completed manually by the user if the rate is linked to the engine power

  • Fuel Type

    •  the user manually selects from the Fuel Type List (e.g. PETROL) table, if the rate is linked to the fuel type

  • Gearbox

    •  selects manually by the user from the Gearbox table (e.g. M), if the rate is linked to the gearbox

  • Drive

    •  selects manually by the user from the Drive table (e.g. 4x4), if the rate is linked to the drive

  • Duration From (Months)

    •  the user manually enters in months from what number of months the rate is valid (e.g. 0)

  • Duration To (Months Incl.)

    •  the user manually enters in months up to which number of months (inclusive) the rate is valid (e.g. 24)

  • Contractual Mileage From (Incl.)

    •  the user manually enters from which contractual mileage (inclusive) the given rate applies (e.g. 0)

  • Contractual Mileage To

    •  the user manually enters the contractual mileage up to which the given rate applies (e.g. 20000)

  • Maintenance Cost Excl. VAT (LCY)

    • The amount of the service purchase rate is entered manually by the user

  • Margin % (Margin %)

    • To be entered manually by the user in %

    • If a Service Rate Excl. VAT (LCY) has been entered, then the system will automatically calculate the value of the Margin % field according to the formula:

      • Margin % = 100 x (Maintenance Rate Excl. VAT (LCY) / Mainten. Cost Excl. VAT (LCY) – 1)

  • Maintenance Rate Excl. VAT (LCY)

    • Rate for the customer, entered manually by the user. The value enters into the payment calculation

    •  If Margin % has been entered, the value is calculated according to the formula:

      • Maintenance Rate Excl. VAT (LCY) = Mainten. Cost Excl. VAT (LCY) x (1+Margin %/100)

  • Valid From

    • The user enters the start date of the service expense

  • Valid To

    • The user enters the start date of the service expense
