Comment types

Through this option, the user can set Comment Types in the range of Code and Description, which will be inserted into the created notes to identify the type of note (e.g.: phone call).

The note type can be selected in notes created for the customer, vendor, and financing contract.

Field:

• Code

  • The user manually enters the code to indicate the type of note

• Description

  • The user manually enters a description for the note type
