With this option, the user can set Comment Types in the Code and Description ranges, which will be inserted into the created notes to identify the type of note (e.g.: phone call).

The note type can be selected in notes created for customer, vendor, and financing contracts.

Field:

  • Code

    • The user manually enters the code to indicate the note type

  • Description

    • The user manually enters a description for the note type
