Bank

The Bank table is used to keep records of the leasing company's bank accounts. Bank accounts can be from one or more banks, in local or foreign currencies.

Each bank account has its own card containing different kinds of information. On the bank account card, you can enter information that is specific to each account.

At the same time, the bank account card also displays the bank account balance, which represents a summary of individual items/payments recorded in a specific bank account.

Create Bank

We create a new bank/bank account from the contact card using the function that is located: Action> Function> Create as> Bank

When the function runs, the information about the creation of a bank account is displayed: "The Bank Account record has been created."

Bank Account Card

You can access the list of Banks using a search engine.

On the Bank tab, let's access:

  • using the Process - Edit or View option

  • by clicking on the Number field

The bank account card contains the following tabs:

  • General

    • Basic information about the bank (name, address, balance, etc.)

  • Communications

    • Bank communication data (telephone, fax, e-mail, home page)

  • Posting

    • Bank posting setup (currency, balance, last statement number, etc.)

  • Transfer (Transfer)

    • Bank account settings (bank branch number, bank account number, IBAN, SWIFT, etc.)

  • Numbering

  • Pmt. Reconciliation Journal

  • Payment Orders/Bank Statements
