You can open the dial from the "Salutation" dial.

In the code list, formats of salutation are set for different languages, types of salutation and the composition of the order Names, Functions, Salutations, which will then be used in documents.

The standard functionality of the system offers the possibility of composing a salutation. This setting is located in the fields "Name 1" to "Name 5" and can be selected from

  • Function

  • Name

  • Middle name

  • Surname

  • Initials

  • Company Name
