The Personal Document Types code list is used to set up different types of documents. The user can select the value from this code list on the contact card in the "Personal document type" field, which is primarily used for contact identification.

Field:

  • Code

    • The user manually enters the code to mark the personal document

  • Description

    • The user manually enters the name of the personal document

  • Active

    • Flag that specifies whether the line is active and whether it should be offered when entering personal documents
