Calculation input for fee
In the Create Calculation / Contract (without services) wizard, the user can enter the initial fee.
The system then creates a calculation input for the fee (Calc. Input Variant = Fee).
Change of Entry Fee
If the contract is not active, the user can change the entry fee in the Financing Contract on the Calculation tab, field Initial Fee % or Initial Fee excl. VAT.
Information on the establishment and change of the entry fee can be found in the document: Smlouva bez služeb .
If the user changes the amount of the fee on the contract, the system will update the calculation input:
Fee invoicing when activating a contract
After creating a contract from the calculation, it is possible to activate the contract.
See Documents Smlouva bez služeb Smlouva se službami Změny smlouvy
When you activate a contract, the system creates a Posted Sales Invoice for the Initial Fee from the calculation input.
The posted invoice can be checked in the Contract Statistics in the calculated Contract Balance (LCY) field. After clicking on Contract Balance, the Customer Ledger Entries list opens with a filter for the contract number.
Entry fee fields are no longer editable on an active contract.
After activation, the calculation input is blocked and its height can no longer be changed.
At the same time, the Calculation Input is marked in the field Invoice Issued = Yes
Note:
The amount of the fee on the contract or on the calculation input must be positive. If the amount is negative, the fee will be invoiced with an error message and the activation cannot be completed (the wizard remains open at step 2/2).
On the posted invoice, the important fields are filled in as follows:
Customer No. – From the Contract
Currency Code – From Contract
Payment Terms – (Modification 79015084)
If a code is filled in the Initial Fee Payment Terms field in OneCore Settings, this code will be used. Based on this code, the Due Date is also calculated
Posting Date, Document Date
Maturity date
Header for Mode = Initial Fee
The fields are filled in in the same way as in the Individual Invoice mode, with the following differences:
Posting Date – Calculation Starting Date
from the Financing Contract. The posting date can be changed automatically if it falls within a closed accounting period and the change is allowed in OneCore Settings (Shift Posting Date of Sales Invoice to Open Period = Yes)
VAT Date – Object Handover Date
from the Financing Contract
Document Date – Calculation Starting Date field
from the Financing Contract
Maturity date
it is calculated from the Document Data and the Payment Terms Code
