Reservation lines contain specific information about the time of reservation, the selected vehicle, the price list and other information related to the specific rental.

In the Manage section, there is a button:

  • Dimension

    • After clicking, you will see a table for entering dimensions for a given reservation / loan

    • By default, the dimensions of the selected vehicle and the dimensions from the booking / rental header from the Dimensions table are transferred to the table. The user can change the dimensions

    • When you update the dimensions on the booking/circulation header, the header dimensions in the dimension table on the booking/circulation row are also updated

Field:

  • Rent from (date)

    • Rental Starting Date

  • Rent from (time)

    • Rental Start Time

  • Rent to (date)

    • Rental End Date

  • Rent To (Time)

    • Rental End Time

  • Vehicle Type

    • type of rental vehicle, default Personal

  • Tariff Group

    • After clicking on this field, the user opens a form with defined tariff groups (see Settings), based on this value, the available cars are then offered

  • Vehicle No.

    • Here, after clicking on this field, it is possible to display the vehicle that is available on the given date (date from to) and corresponds to the selected tariff group. It is also possible to select a vehicle first. Subsequently, the system adds the values of the tariff group, price list, price list rate and vehicle registration number. In addition, the system will add the value of the price per day without VAT, the price per day with VAT, the monthly rental without VAT, the payment method if it is filled in on the customer, the free kilometers from the price list, and the price for kilometers traveled above the free km limit.

  • Car description

    • It will be drawn from the car card according to the selected vehicle

  • Pricelist Code

    • It will be drawn from the car card according to the selected vehicle

  • License Number

    • It will be drawn from the car card according to the selected vehicle

  • Cost Tariff (Day)

    • Price if the car is rented by a third party

    • Informative information for comparison with the list price of the rental

  • Pricelist Tariff [Day]

    • Non-editable field

    • Price according to the selected price list in the Price list code field

    • The price of the selected price list is found by the system according to the number of rental days, in the subform of the given tar. price list

  • Tariff [Day]

    • Field editable

    • By default, the price is drawn from the List Rate (day) field

    • The user can write

  • Pricelist Tariff [Month]

    • Non-editable field

    • The price that will be used for billing if the Monthly rental field is checked on the booking card

    • Click to change the amount in the Rental Amount field

  • Rented Months

    • If the Monthly Rent field is = NO, then the value in this field is the number of full rental months

    • If the Monthly Rental field is = Yes, then the value in this field is 0

  • Number of Rented Days

    • If the value in the Monthly rental field is = No, then the value in this field is the number of days of the last less than a month of the reservation

    • If the value in the Monthly rental field is = Yes, then the value in this field is the number of days of the entire reservation

  • Tariff (Day)

    • Rate incl. VAT = (Rate (Day) * VAT)

  • Tariff Incl. VAT (Day)

    • Hourly rate incl. VAT = (Rate (hour) * VAT)

  • Rent Amount

    • Estimated Rental Amount

      • Rate (day) * Number of rental days

  • Rent Amount Incl. VAT

    • Rental Amount * VAT

  • Pricelist Tariff [Month]

    • Monthly rental price

    • Amount from the selected price list from the Rate Monthly Rental field

  • Payment Method

    • The user can select the payment method of a specific reservation from the Payment Methods list

  • Free Kilometers

    • Editable data

    • By default, it is pre-filled with the calculated value of free uninvoiced km as:

      • Number of rental days * free km per day from selected price list lines

    • The user can write km

  • Price per posted km

    • Non-editable field

    • The value is drawn from the selected price list lines from the Rate per km field for the given range of days

  • Handover Succesfull

    • The user can use this field to control the issuance / cancellation of the reservation

    • If the User switches to Yes, the system will ask the user if they want to register the reservation.

      • after clicking on Yes, the reservation is registered and a detailed item is created

      • after clicking on No it will not happen, nothing will remain in the original state

    • If the User switches to No, the system will ask the user if they want to cancel the reservation.

      • after clicking on Yes, the reservation will be cancelled

      • after clicking on No, nothing will happen, the reservation will remain in its original state

  • Handover failed

    • If the submission did not take place, the user can click the field for information about the failed submission attempt

  • Vehicle delivery (date) and (time)

    • Here, the user fills in the agreed date for the delivery of the vehicle.

  • Vehicle delivery (Technician code)

    • here the user can add a technician to ensure the delivery of the vehicle (lookup to the Resources table)

  • Apposition fee

    • The user can add the price paid by the customer for the delivery of the vehicle

  • Vehicle pick-up (date) and (time)

    • here Bottom user Pick-up time

  • Vehicle pick-up (Technician code)

    • here the user inserts the technician designated for vehicle pick-up (lookup into the Resources table)

  • Pick-up fee

    • The user can deposit the amount for picking up the vehicle

  • Other Fees

    • In this field, the user can enter the amount of the fee

  • Participation

    • Field for inserting participation

  • Lump-sum compensation

    • A field intended for inserting lump-sum compensation in the event of an insured event

  • Rental Hours

    • The system calculates the number of rental hours according to the rental and return time.

  • Car Replace

    • To indicate a vehicle change

  • Return Tolerance (hrs)

    • the field is populated from the Car Rental Settings field in the Return Tolerance field
