Mass Invoicing Rental

You can view a bulk job by clicking in the search on the Roles Center.

The Mass Task also runs the same function under the Create Invoice button on loans that are in the status Issued or Terminated and the last billing has not been started, i.e. Last Posting Date is not equal to Return Date.

After entering the filters and confirming OK, the system will display a message about the creation of documents or we wish to open the log: "Credit note No. XXX has been created"

After confirming YES, the Car Rental Mass Invoicing Log will be displayed.

The system also writes invoices and credit notes into the Car Rental Billing table.
