API Utilization Vehicle Card

It is displayed by clicking on the Vehicle Utilization button on the Role Centre in the menu and shows the current status of the car's occupancy, whether the vehicle is rented, reserved, available or to be returned on that day. Occupancy can be displayed in colors or text statuses vid. description below.  

The Vehicle Load Factor card contains the General tabs and the Car Load Matrix.

On the General tab, you can set filters to filter the list to: 

• Date Filter 

  • User enters a data filter e.g. (01.01.2022 .. 20.02.2022) 

  • Once the filter is entered, the matrix will only be changed to matching circulation rows 

• Group 

  • Filter for price list tariff group  

  • The User must enter manually and only one fare group 

• Type

  • Choice of preset values (Car, Motorcycle, Trailer, Cargo, Special) 

  • Default value set to Personal 

• Returned 

  • Values All/Yes/No 

  • The default for the Returned field is Yes. 

• Own Fleet Vehicle Filter 

  • Filters the list to own fleet vehicles or third-party vehicles 

  • By default, click Yes (display of own vehicles)

• Tachometer Status Filter 

  • The user enters a km filter to display cars with matching the currently entered km on the car card. E.g.: (<120000&>60000) 

• Leasing Ending Date Filter 

  • The user enters a data filter, e.g. (01.01.2022..20.02.2022) to display cars whose lease date ends in the specified filter 

The displayed text statuses are controlled by the table of detailed items and the Vehicle temporarily unavailable field is changed on the car rental card 

Text statuses: 

• Non Assigned 

• Unavailable 

• Reserved  

• Available / Reserved 

• Available / Rented 

• Rented
