Utilization Vehicle Functions

The user searches for a specific car and clicks on the text field on the desired date. The system will display an overview of the functions that can be processed. 

  • Entries

    • It is used to display detailed items for a given car. 

  • Reservation/Rent Card

    • The appropriate tab will be displayed. 

  • New Reservation

    • A new reservation is created  

  • New Rent

    • A new loan is created  

Note: Notice for users – when creating a reservation card (New Reservation function) or a New Loan loan card, it is necessary to make sure that the card is registered (Register button) or issued (Action / Issue button) before leaving the card. Before these steps, it remains in the New status and is only available from the list of reservations or loans. 

Failure to do so will result in bookings or rentals being made for the same car at the same time, which can cause problems. If the reservation or loan remains in the new state, then it can be canceled using CTRL+Del.
