Functions On The Card Of Financial Settlement
The description applies generally to all types of financial settlements, for contracts with or without services.
The following functions are available on the list of financial settlements (opened from the contract by clicking on the Financial settlement) or the FIV tab:
Financial Settlement Overview:
Card
Opens the Financial Settlement Card that is specified on the Financial Settlement Type in the Object No. tab.
Because multiple cards are used, double-clicking cannot open a card.
Financial Settlement Card:
Update
By pressing the button, the OC will calculate/update the calculation of the FIV fields according to the current contract status, and only if Financial Settlement Status=New. If FIV has a different Status, OC will display the message "Update cannot be performed."
It is always necessary to recalculate/update the FIV if the user manually edits a field that enters the calculation of another field or the calculation of the total amount of FIV
The system recognizes if the user has manually overwritten the value of an editable field. After pressing the Update button, the system will no longer recalculate the value of the user-changed field back to the value calculated by the system, but will keep the value that was changed manually by the user
Approve
By pressing the button, the system will change the FIV status to Approved, and only if Financial Settlement Status=New. If FIV has a different status, OC will display the message "Status cannot be changed."
Completes the Approval Date only if it has not been manually completed before. Note: It will not fulfill the approver.
in this state, it is no longer possible to change FIV values/amounts. In case the FIV needs to be updated after approval, the user must create a new FIV
Release
When the button is pressed, the system performs the following checks and actions:
If Contract Type = Single Object:
whether it already exists for the FIV Financing Contract in the Issued status. If:
Yes
displays a message that a posted FIV already exists for the contract and stops the process of changing the FIV status
No
Proceeds to the next review
The system searches the API table for Fin. Settlement Type, the Decisive Field field after invoicing. The system checks this field on the financial settlement card to see if it is negative or positive and decides accordingly whether to create a Document type, credit memo or invoice. If it is:
"minus" – creates a credit memo header (Credit Memo document type)
"plus" – creates an invoice header (Document type: invoice)
Zero – the system presents the user with a dialog box warning about the zero decisive field and the option to select the action to follow:
EN: The decisive field for invoicing is 0.
Do you wish:
Cancel Release
Default when the dialog box is displayed
The system cancels the issuance of the financial settlement
Release Without Invoicing (Release without Invoicing)
The system changes the financial settlement status to Released without issuing an invoice or credit note
Release and create Invoice
The system changes the financial settlement status to Released and creates an invoice
Release and Create Credit Memo
The system changes the financial settlement status to Released and creates a credit note
The user has the option to mark only one of the above options
At the bottom of the dialog box, there are options:
OK
To run the selected action
Cancel

When creating a document header, OneCore checks the new Include To Consolidated Invoice field in the OneCore Settings.

Sales for Credit Memo. If he also finds the field, he will include it in the invoice/credit note. The system creates records in invoice/credit note lines regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
Note: if the Decisive field is positive, i.e. the system creates a Document Type invoice, the system creates items in the invoice lines regardless of whether they are positive or negative. This certainly applies to credit memos, i.e. if the decisive field will be negative, the system will create a Document Type Credit Memo, but there can be both positive and negative lines in invoice lines.
Note 2: If a credit note is created, you will need to rotate the signs. The decisive field has a value of <0, but in the credit memo the resulting field should be plus. That is, it will be necessary to rotate the signs on the credit note entries.
After swiping through the financial settlement fields and filling in the invoice/credit note lines, which is on the document header To consolidate:

Checks if there is a Credit Memo Invoicing Entry Type Code in OneCore Settings
If it does not exist, all items will be included in the invoice
If it does not exist, it checks the value of the item in the financial settlement:
If it has value = 0 (empty), it will not be included in the invoice or in the credit memo
If it has a value > 0 (i.e. plus), it will include in the invoice

Note: the system posts this invoice immediately, i.e. the user does not have the opportunity to check it before posting. Subsequently, they have to push it out (e.g. from the list of posted invoices)
In the case of a financial settlement with Leasing with delivery of goods = Yes, it checks whether there is a posted credit memo for the balance of the tax liability for the contract. If:

Note: Cancellation of invoices related to financial settlement must be done manually by the user. These cases are very rare, and invoices may already be paid, when it is not possible to cancel the document without evaporation.
