Evidence of Individual insurance debtors

The leasing company will receive a document from the insurance company with a list of insurance defaulters. Insurance debtors can be registered in the list of non-payers, which can be viewed from The Role of the Insurance Center via the option Individual Insurance / Individual Insurance Debtors.

Field:

• No. (No.)

  • The system assigns a number from the number series in the insurance settings

• Financing Contract No.

  • The user selects the financing contract to which the notification from the insurance company relates. By selecting a leasing contract, data on the status and detailed status of the leasing agreement, data on the customer and the seller will be added

• Insurance Contract No.

  • The user selects an individual insurance contract from the list of insurance contracts filtered to financing contract and insurance product with Product Type = Property. By selecting an insurance contract, the system fills in the information about the object

• Status

  • The default state when creating a record is Active. If the defaulter becomes a cancellation, the user must change to Inactive manually

• Not Reminder To

  • The user can enter a date until which the reminder process will not take place.

It is possible to record notes on the registration of defaulters. For each note, the program records the date of writing.
