Reports

In the insurance menu there are the following reports:

  • Invitation to salesperson according to inspection status

  • Insurance sets without reporting set

  • Insurance Payment Summary

  • Insurance Payment by Insurance Portfolio

  • Uninsured Financing Contracts

Invitation salespeson by status inspection

The report creates a list of outstanding insurance inspections.

It is described in detail in the chapter Salesperson's Invitation Report according to the status of inspection of this document.

Insurance Set without Reporting Group

The reporting set is an important piece of information for reporting to the insurance company.

The report is used to check insurance sets – it prints a list of insurance sets without a reporting set.

Described in detail in the document Statements for Insurance Company in the chapter Insurance Reporting Group and Insurance Set Control.

Insurance Payment Summary

The report creates a list of payments from insurance calendar lines for an insurance company.

Described in detail in the document Statements for the Insurance Company in the chapter Reimbursement to Insurance Company Summarized.

Insurance Payments by Insurance Portfolio

The report creates a list of payments from insurance calendar lines for an insurance company, based on an agreed trunk.

Described in detail in the document Statements for the Insurance Company in the chapter Reimbursement to Insurance Companies by Tribe.

Uninsure Financing Contracts

An overview of financing contracts that lack property insurance or third-party liability insurance – see below.

The user can enter filters into the dialog window after launching the report:

  • Detailed Contract Status Code

    • The user selects the detailed status for which he wants to check (e.g. signed contracts)

  • Expected Handover Date

    • The user can enter e.g. 01.12.18..31.12.18

    • The system selects contracts with expected handover in December 2018

  • Object Handover Date

    • The user for active contracts can select according to the actual handover date

The system goes through leasing contracts according to the specified filters and looks for whether the contract is based on property insurance or third-party liability insurance. It is looking for both collective or direct debit insurance as well as individual insurance policies. If insurance is missing from the contract, it will be entered in the overview.
