Requested Documents
In the insurance framework contract, the user can enter the types of required documents for the insurance contract. The required document can be further specified, e.g. for an insurance set.
On the insurance contract, the user can register the inspection of specific required documents via the Process / Requested Documents from the list of insurance contracts or from the insurance contract card.
After confirming the selection, the system will display an overview of the required documents.

The user selects the type of document they are reviewing
Status
The user selects the document status from the options:
Delivered
Fault
OK (OK)
Related To Financing
The user indicates whether the document is related to financing
Severity (Relevance)
The user selects the severity level from the options:
Low
Medium–low
Medium-high
High
Fault Code
In the case of an error in the document, the user selects the error code. It is a user code list to which you can add
Correct To
The user enters a correction due date
Control Level
The user selects from the following options:
L1
L2
L3
