Individual Insurance Cancellations

After announcing the cancellation of an individual insurance contract from an insurance company, the user can register it in the cancellation list, which can be viewed from The Role of the Insurance Center via the option Individual Insurance / Individual Insurance Cancellations

Individual Insurance Cancellation Card

Field:

• No. (No.)

  • The system assigns a number from the number series in the insurance settings

• Financing Contract No.

  • The user selects the financing contract to which the notification from the insurance company relates. By selecting a leasing contract, the system will add data on the status and detailed status of the leasing contract, data on the customer and the seller

• Insurance Contract No.

  • The user selects an individual insurance contract from the list of insurance contracts filtered to financing contract. By selecting an insurance contract, the system fills in the information about the object

• Status

  • The default recording status is Waiting (Pending). After the insurance company's notification of cancellation of the insurance contract is recorded, the individual insurance contract is terminated. When the process ends, the user manually switches the status Processed.

• Evidence Date

  • User manually enters the date of registration of cancellation

• Blocking Date

  • By entering the date, the user marks that the cancellation will not be forwarded to the Workout by this date

  • Evidence Fields

• Actual date. Actual Termination Date

  • The user manually enters the end date of an individual insurance contract

• Reason for Termination Individual Insurance (Reason of Closing individual insurance contract)

  • The user writes the reason for termination – text information with a maximum length of 100 characters

To terminate an individual insurance contract, the user can use the function from the individual insurance cancellation card Termination of Insurance Contract

After confirming the selection, the system will open Insurance Contract Card according to the insurance contract number in Cancellation Card.

The user fills in the end date in the field Valid To On the insurance contract
