Additional equipment is recorded in a separate dial. The code list records equipment that is not supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, but from other suppliers. In the calculation, the user has the option to select additional equipment from the additional equipment dial. The value of the additional equipment enters into the price of the vehicle.

Field:

  • Code

    • The user manually enters the unique equipment code.

  • Equipment Description

    • To be entered manually by the user

  • Vendor No.

    • The user selects the vendor number of the additional equipment from the vendor code list if the additional equipment is provided from a specific vendor

  • Vendor Name

    • The system automatically fills in after selecting Vendor Numbers

  • Warranty (months) (Warranty (months))

    • To be completed manually by the user, the number of months of warranty

    • Informative Field

  • Purchase Price Excl. VAT

    • To be completed manually by the user (e.g. 120.25) in the local currency, this price is also included in the calculation

  • Offer

    • By default, A. User changes to NO if the equipment is no longer to be offered in the calculation.
