Road Tax (CZ/SK only)
The road tax service is one of the most complex services both in terms of definition and calculation. To calculate the road tax service, it is necessary to set default values in various settings tables. Of course, the road tax service itself is set up, which consists of a price list and rates, but also discounts based on age and discounts based on fuel.
Only for Czech or Slovak legislation.
Road Tax Pricelist
The Road Tax Pricelist is used to record road tax and its rates. The records are then used to calculate the Road Tax service.
In the Road Tax Pricelist table, the user enters road tax codes for each object category. The categorization is determined according to the law of the respective state.

User selects Road Tax Service Type Code from the Service Types code list
Object Category
User selects value from Passenger car, Other vehicle, Electric vehicle
If a passenger car, the OC is based on the cylinder capacity (Engine capacity ccm) from the object card when searching for the road tax code and rate
If Other Vehicle, the OC bases the search for the road tax code and rate on the Maximum or Total Weight (kg) or the Sum of Axle Weights (kg) from the Object Card (and the Number of Axles)
If an electric car, the OC bases the search for the road tax code and rate on the Engine Power (kW) from the object card (irrelevant for Czech legislation, where electric cars are exempt from road tax via Fuel Types).

Valid From
User enters the start of validity for a given code, it cannot be empty
Valid To
The user enters the expiration of the validity for the given code, it can also be empty
For the category of passenger cars, it is necessary to enter the interval engine capacity. For other vehicles, it is necessary to specify the total weight and number of axles.
Road Tax Rates
It's important to add a rate to each code. The rate is not set for every year, but only in the event of a legislative change.
To enter the rate, click on the specific road tax code and click on the Rates option on the toolbar
Subsequently, the Road Tax Rates table is displayed, in which the user fills in the year in which (or from) the rate was valid and the amount of the tax rate. If the legislative rate changes, the user creates a new rate for the relevant year and the original rate is automatically terminated.

Road Tax Pricelist Code
The system automatically completes the Road Tax Pricelist Code from the Road Tax Pricelist line from which the rates were opened
Tax Rate (LCY)
Rate for the customer, to be entered manually by the user. The value enters into the calculation of installments.
Valid From
The user enters the start date of the rate.
Valid To
The field is non-editable. If the user creates a new rate (new line), then the field is filled in automatically by Valid From on the new rate minus one day
Discounts by age of vehicle
The code list is used to record discounts that are applied to the Road Tax service in the calculation depending on the age of the vehicle.
Discounts according to the age of the vehicle are legislatively stipulated by law, the user adds them manually according to the relevant law.

Homologation Class Filter
Lookup do API Homologation Class (4026592)/ API Homologation Classes (4026592, List)
The user selects the homologation class codes for the row. When you select the next value, the pipe is automatically filled.
Interval From (months)
The user manually enters the number of months of age of the vehicle from which the discount applies (inclusive)
Interval To (months)
The user manually enters the number of months of the vehicle's age to which the discount applies
Paragraph number decrease/increase Tax Rates (Paragraph No.)
The user enters a paragraph of the law to which the entered discount is linked
For SK the value must be entered in the "číslo_číslo" format, e.g. 7_1 or 7_2 or 7_3
The field affects the correct filling of the xml file for generating the road tax return

Entered by the user manually, the beginning of the validity of the given rate
It can't be empty
Valid To
To be entered manually by the user, the expiry of the rate

Discount in %
The user manually enters the discount for the specified interval of months
Discount Coefficient
It is calculated automatically after entering the discount %. It is only an informative value, it is not used in calculations.

Default value YES. User changes to NO if the discount is no longer to be calculated.
Discount Rates by Age of Vehicle
The code list is used to record discount rates according to the age of the vehicle. It is available from the Discounts by age of vehicle overview via the Rates button.
Field:
Discount Code
Fills in the system automatically when creating a record from a row from the API Discount by Age of Vehicle price list.
Not manually editable.
Discount in %
The user manually enters the discount value for the given age interval (for the given code).
Valid From
Empty by default.
If the user enters the beginning of the validity of the given rate, it cannot be empty.
Valid To
Empty by default.
The user enters the expiration date of the rate. It can also be empty.
Discounts by fuel type - use only in SK
The code list is used to record discounts that are applied to the Road Tax service in the calculation depending on the type of fuel – Valid only for Slovak legislation. According to Czech legislation, it is irrelevant, the exemption according to fuel is solved using the Fuel Types table.
In the table, the user enters the code, discount in %, discount coefficient relevant for a specific type of fuel, the user fills them in manually according to the relevant law.
