History
The tab displays the standard list of Team Interaction Log Entries, with the difference that only the interactions of the contact are shown on the contact card. Filter to Contact No. and Company No.
Field:
Interaction
Specifies the name of the interaction item
Salesperson Code
Specifies the code of the salesperson who performed the interaction.
Description
Specifies a description of the interaction
Attachment
Specifies whether an attachment is attached. If Yes, clicking Yes will download the attachment that was created for interaction
Comment
Specifies that there is a comment for this interaction log entry. By clicking on the value, the List of Interaction Log Field Notes for the given interaction opens
Opportunity No.
Specifies the number of opportunities to which the interaction is bound.
Campaign No.
Specifies the campaign number (if any) that the interaction is associated with. This field is not editable.
Date
Specifies the date that you entered in the Date field in the Create Interaction wizard or in the segment window when you created the interaction. This field cannot be edited.
