Incident List

To view/enter a list of incidents on the contact card, select Process – Incident List.

Field:

  • Contact No.

    • The user selects the contact number from the Contacts table

  • Contact Name

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Company Identification No. (Registration No.)

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Address

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Address 2

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • City

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Country/Region Code

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Post Code (Post Code)

    • Fills in the system according to the selected contact number

  • Source Type

    • The user selects from Internal, External. The default value is set to Internal.

  • Source Code

    • The user selects code from the Incident Sources table, which is filtered to Source Type

  • Reason Code

    • The user selects a reason from the Incident Reasons table

  • Reason Description

    • Fills in the reason according to the selected incident reason

  • Occurance date

    • User fills in the validity date of the incident

  • Expiration date

    • User fills in the incident end date

  • Additional Information

    • The user adds a text note

    • Text 250 characters

  • Active

    • indicates whether the record is active and can be used further in the OC

  • Created date

    • The system will fill in the system date

  • User ID

    • The system will automatically fill in the logged-in user
