On the contact person, it is possible to record Job Responsibilities, opening via the menu on the contact card. The number of job responsibilities can also be seen in the fact box Contact Fact Box – Segmentation, the Number of Job Responsibilities field (click on it to open an overview of the job responsibilities of the contact person):

Field:

• Job Responsibility Code

  • User selects Job Responsibility Code

• Job Responsibility Description

  • It will be finalized automatically according to the selected job responsibility code

• Valid From

  • The user enters the date from which the job responsibility applies

• Valid From

  • The user enters the date until which the job responsibility was valid
