Contact Rating

Contact Rating

You can view/enter the ratings of the data on the contact via the Contact rating button.

After pressing the button, the Contact Rating form will be displayed. Setting new customer ratings via the "New" button. After using the function, a new row is created in the table for setting the ratings.

Field:

  • Rating Date

    • The user enters the date from which the given rating row is valid

  • Rating Source

    • Selected by the user by clicking on the list of the table Contact rating sources/types, e.g. Internal, external

    • The list is filtered to Active records only

  • Rating Type

    • The user selects Sources/Types of Contact Ratings by clicking on the list of tables

    • The list is filtered to Record Kind, which is specified in the Rating Source field, and only to active records

  • Rating Type Description

    • Non-editable field

    • The description is tightened according to the selected value in the Rating Type field from the Description field in the Contact Rating Sources/Types table

  • Contract Rating

    • Non-editable field

    • The description is tightened according to the selected value in the Rating Type field from the Contract Rating field in the Contact Rating Sources/Types table

  • Contract Rating

    • The user selects by clicking on the Contact Rating Values table by clicking on it

    • List rows are filtered to active records only

  • Rating Value Description

    • Non-editable field

    • The description is finalized according to the selected value in the Rating Value field from the Description field in the Contact Rating Values table

  • Rating Valid Until (Rating Valid Until)

    • The user enters the date until which the given rating row is/was valid

  • Comment

    • Text 120 characters

    • A user can write their own note
