Creation Of A New Rent Without Reservation

To create a New Loan by clicking the New button:

• From the list of loans    

• From the Loan Card

Creating a New Loan from the Vehicle Utilization List

• By clicking on the value of the rental start date in the Vehicle Utilization Matrix of the given vehicle

• This will open up options for creating:

  • After marking New Rental, the rental card will be created in the status New and the line with the given vehicle will be filled in.

  • Date From and Date To will be filled with the current system date and Rent from (Time) will be filled with the system time of rental creation
