Print Rent Documents

You can print the Lease Agreement from the Rent Card by selecting Reports – Print Contract.

After clicking on the option, the Printout List opens, where you can select the printout for the contract and confirm OK.

A lease agreement is possible:

• Send To.....:

  • PDF Document

  • XML Document

  • Microsoft Word Document

  • Microsoft Excel document (data only)

• Print by selecting Print

• Preview and Close

• Cancellation

Handover Protocol

You can print the Handover Protocol from the Rent Card by selecting Related – Rent – Handover Protocol.

After clicking on the option, the Handover Protocol Card opens.

In the Takeover tab, you will fill in the data when you pick up the car and when you return the car, you will fill in the Return tab.

Below the print button, the Print on Receipt and Print on Return options are displayed and the Handover Protocol on Receipt or Return is printed.
