Use the Create Loan button

  • If the reservation is without Reservation Registration, a new rental is created that still does not block the vehicle from being booked/rented again. (there is no detailed entry for blocking the car)

    • The loan is created in the status New

  • Such a vehicle is visible as Unspecified in the vehicle load factor

  • If there is a reservation with Reservation Registration (there is a detailed entry for blocking the car)

  • a new rental is created that is still in Status = New, but is blocked by the created detailed reservation item in status = Reservation and blocks the vehicle for further reservation/rental.

  • Such a vehicle is visible in the vehicle load as Reserved
