It is possible to print the Lease Agreement from the loan card by selecting Reports – Print Contract.

After clicking on the option, the Printout List opens, where you can select the printout for the contract and confirm OK.

The lease agreement is possible:

  • Send To.....:

    • PDF Document

    • XML Document

    • Microsoft Word Document

    • Microsoft Excel document (data only)

  • Print by selecting Print

  • Preview and Close

  • Cancellation

Handover Protocol

It is possible to print the Handover Protocol from the Loan Card by selecting Related – Loan – Handover Protocol.

After clicking on the option, the Handover Protocol Card opens.

In the Handover tab, the data is filled in when the car is taken over and when the car is returned, then in the Return tab.

Below the print button, the Print on Receipt and Print on Return options are displayed and the Handover Protocol is printed upon receipt or return.
