In the event that the rental has not yet been invoiced and the vehicle has been returned, i.e. the contract status has been switched to Done and the Returned Date is filled in, the Last Posting Date is not filled in, the system after starting invoicing indiscriminately or ides a monthly or daily rental:

  • Calculates the rental of the formula Rent From – Returned Date

  • Create an invoice

  • On the Loan tab, fill in Last Posting Date = Returned Date
