Customer Comments

It is possible to create notes about the customer, which can then be viewed as well as from its financing contracts.

When you press the Notes button, the Notes Sheet opens. Then, using the New button, you can create a new note.

Field:

• Date

  • Fills the OC automatically with a working date

• Code

  • Selects manually by the user from the Comment Types code list

• Description

  • Non-editable, tightens OC according to code

• Comment

  • The user manually adds a text note (max 80 characters)

• No. (No.)

  • Non-editable, retrieves the OC number of the customer from which the note is created.

• Financing Contract No.

  • Empty. To be filled if the note is based on a financing contract
