On the tab, you can set unclassified data for the contact.

Field:

  • Salesperson Code

    • Specifies the code of the salesperson who normally handles this contact.

    • By default, the value of the salesperson that is set in the Marketing Setup table is set in the field. If the value is blank in the marketing settings, the salesperson value of the user who is creating the contact will be reached.

    • The user can change and select a different salesperson specified in the Salespeople/Purchasers table

  • RISK Category

    • By clicking on the field, the user selects a value from the list of Risk categories of the client

    • Evidence field for the risk level of the contact as information for approval according to custom risk settings in the Risk table of the client category.

  • VIP Category

    • The user can select the desired category for the contact's VIP level. The set VIP category can be used for marketing events

    • Specifies the category that can affect the amount of Fee Discounts when fee invoices are issued

  • Number of employees (Employment)

    • Information about the number of employees in the contact (used for type = company)

  • Env. level Risk Level

    • It determines a tabular numerical value according to the selected matrix of risk analysis of the potential risk of a given company (e.g.: UMRA), i.e. that a certain event may occur that may cause subsequent undesirable consequences, e.g.: political, financial, moral, environmental damage or losses. 

  • Contract Sign Off Approved Person 1

  • Contract Sign Off Approved Person 2

  • Power of Attorney

  • Power of Attorney since

On the tab, there is a field Person authorized to sign contract 1 / 2, where you can specify the Representatives of the company who sign the contracts. If it does not find the desired shortcut after clicking on the field, you can create a new one via the detail:

When you click on a field, you will see a list of contacts filtered to that contact.
