Privacy Notices Status

To integrate their data with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams in Business Central, users must accept the privacy notice for each entity. Or, the administrator can approve the privacy notice on their behalf. Admins can view the status of the privacy notice on the Privacy Notification Status page. You can find the Privacy Notice Status page in Business Central by typing the page name in the search box.

The admin can click Integration Name to see the conditions.

The Controller can obtain the Privacy Statement by clicking on the indicated link

The administrator can mark consents as:

  • Agree for Everyone

    • The administrator approves the privacy notice for all users.

  • Disagree for Everyone

    • The Administrator does not approve the Privacy Notice for all users.

  • Let Users Decide

    • Users decide whether to approve the privacy notice for the service or not.

You can only view the status of a privacy notice on the main Privacy Notice Status page. To edit the responses, go to Edit List on the page's action bar, where the options are now clickable and not greyed out.

Privacy Notice Approvals

Admins can view and manage individual approvals on the Privacy Notice Approvals subpage. Go to the Actions panel on the Privacy Notices page, under Actions, and look for the View Individual Approvals option. This option takes you to the Privacy Notice Approval page.
