Short Process Description

The most important code list in the data sensitivity settings is the "Data Classification" code list. Fields that contain sensitive or personal data can be identified as a customer in this code list.

In the "Data Sensitivity" field, it is necessary to set the sensitivity level for individual fields, whether it is a standard field or a custom field. Data sensitivity classification helps ensure that you know where you store personal data in your system and makes it easier to respond to your customers' requests. For example, if a contact or customer asks you to export their personal data.

  • If the "administrator" or "responsible user" has correctly classified the data as personal or sensitive, you can quickly and easily respond to these requests from the "Privacy" menu via Roles Center Administration of users, user groups and permissions. (see chapters below)
