A new report can be run on the role center User Management, User Groups and Permissions 

Location of the report: Action - > GDPR Recorded consents. When clicked, a dialog box opens

Options:

  • Print Data Details

    • If the user leaves the default value = NO, a report will be printed, where only a basic row will be created for each consent without information about the data sent for approval

    • If the user changes the value = Yes, a report will be printed, where for each consent he will also create sublines with information about the required data. Each contact and its consents are created on a new page

  • Contact to the new page

    • If the user leaves the default value = NO, the report will be printed contact by contact on one page in a row.

    • If the user changes the value = Yes, a report will be printed where each contact and their consents will be put on a separate page

Filter: Contact

Preset field:

  • No. (No.)

    • A user can filter a report only to a specific contact

Filter: Consent Template (Contents Evidence)

Preset field:

  • Template Consent Code

    • The user can choose to print only the report for a specific template

  • Consent Status

    • The user can only choose to print the report for a specific Consent Status

  • Consent Expiration Date

    • The user can choose only to print the report for a specific Consent Expiration Date
