When creating a contact via the "Partner creation wizard", the value in the new field "Active contact" = Active on the contact card is set

If for any reason we deactivate a contact in this field (the user changes the value in the "Active contact" field to = Non-active), then the Consent Status will change to Expired and the Consent Expiration Date will be filled in with the system date
