Exception Requests Functions
Release/Reopen Function
When the function starts Issue Mandatory fields Customer and Reason for request are being checked.
Other checks depend on the type of exception. E.g. a group, a subgroup of the leased object is mandatory when applying for a rate (simple, tender) and is not mandatory for exemptions to pledges.
When an exception is issued, the system sends a notification to the "E-mail to send an exception request" address in the insurance settings.
A release changes the status of the request for exception to Issued. It is no longer possible to change the data in the issued application.
It is possible to use the Reopen. The request for exception is returned to the Request status and the user can fill in the data.
Send to Insurance Company Function
When a user executes a function Send to the insurance company, the system prepares an email for sending to the insurance company.
The "subject" and "body" of the email are filled in. It contains data from the registered application. The user enters the e-mail address of the insurance company contact manually, or adds other information and sends.
Records of insurance company decisions
The user triggers the Consent or Disagree function.
In the case of "disagreement" The process ends – the request is denied. The system prepares an email for the merchant from the request header. The subject of the email contains the customer and the body contains the reason for the request. (The merchant's address must be listed in the Salesperson/Purchaser Card in the "email" field).
In the case of "Consent" An application that does not include a "Request for Rates" in the system, the system prepares a similar email to the merchant – the difference is in the wording.
In the case of the insurance company's "Consent" and the parameter Rate request = Yes is set, the user adds the following values to the Product Request Exception Subform:

Approved Rate
After the Consent function is triggered and confirmed, the system changes the Status of the exception request to Consent.
Upload function to the system
An insurance company-approved rate can be created by the user by running the Upload to the system.
The system generates a new Rate for the approved rate parameters, the number of which is entered into a field in the exception request subform.
Merchant Feedback Feature
Feedback to the salesperson in the case of a rate request is provided by the user by running the function Feedback to the merchant.
This function creates an email to the merchant – the requester for the exception. The e-mail address will be read from the Buyer / Seller code list for the merchant from the request.
In the subject line of the email "Exception and client name".
To the body of the email: number of the request for exception and list of rates – the rate number and description created for the exception.
