Change Log Entries
To have an activity history in Business Central, you can enable Change Log. The log is based on changes made to the data in the tables that you are monitoring. On the Change Log Entries page, the entries are sorted chronologically and show the changes that are made to the fields in the specified tables. The change log collects all changes made to the table.
Important:
User changes are not in the Change Log Entries visible until the user's session is restarted, which happens in the following cases:
The session has expired and has been renewed.
The user has selected a different company or Role Center.
The user signed out and signed back in.
