Data Classification - "Proces" Button

Data classification includes other tasks that simplify working with the code list. These functions are located under the Process section of the "Data Classification" report.

Find New Fields

Click to update the list with new system fields, if new fields have been added to BC/OC

Set as.. specific field

The user sets to a row / selects multiple rows with a field for which they want to set the data sensitivity and selects which sensitivity they want to set.

Show Field Content

If you set the data sensitivity for a given field, you can view all the values of this field by clicking Process -> Show Field Contents. That is, you can see all the unique values of the selected field in the list, you can open the list in excel.
